Food will be provided throughout the event for everyone who pays venue. If you have a food allergen please let me know and I can accommodate you. I need to know, however, as soon as possible!

Casuals and other games will be set up throughout the day for those who would like to participate! The event, in terms of beverage, is BYOB.

General Rules:
All Games will be played on default settings, unless otherwise noted below
All Tournament Matches are 2/3 Games unless otherwise noted in the games sections below. Winners, Losers and Grand Finals for All games are 3/5
All Games are run in Double Elimination style, Larger turnouts will be split up into Pool Play with Double Elimination Rules
All Macros available via the in-game controller configuration menu are allowed
Accidentally pausing the game at any time during a match may force you to forfeit the round(Solely at judge’s discretion if there is a player dispute)
If you choose Random Select to pick a character and win the match, you must Random Select your character again
You MUST provide your own controller for the events when competing.
You must bring your own converters, Cronus and Chronus Max Wireless converters are BANNED. We highly recommend the Etokki converter which allows you to use PS2 controllers wired to an XBOX360
If you are entered into multiple tournaments that possibly happen at the same time, please notify runner of your specific event, ASAP. Please remember to plan accordingly

Collusion of any kind with your competitors is considered cheating. If the Tournament Director determines that any competitor is colluding to manipulate the results or intentionally underperforming, the collaborating players may be immediately disqualified. This determination is to be made at the sole discretion of the Tournament Director. Anyone disqualified in this manner forfeits all rights to any titles or prizes they might have otherwise earned for that tournament.

Venue specific rules
1. All Patrons must comply with all state and local regulations concerning gatherings and alcoholic beverages.
2. While Alcohol is allowed at the Pavilion, underage consumption WILL not be tolerated. Any individuals under the influence of alcohol or any other substance, will be dismissed from the Pavilion, without refund.
3. Any Patrons assumed under the influence of any illegal substance will be dismissed from the venue without refund. Any Prize/s the individual/s were we/were to be awarded will be forfeited
4. All individuals are expected to handle themselves in a respectable, and responsible fashion. If an individual is not considered under these guidelines, if by appearance or personal detriment, they will be dismissed from the Pavilion. Authorities will be notified if need be. Any Prize/s the individual/s were/were to be awarded will be fortified
5. Loitering in the parking lot or at the front of Elks Hall is not allowed.
6. Highstown BPOE is not responsible for the personal property of individuals attending the event.
7. Parking IS NOT allowed in the WaWa shopping center. If an individual parks their car in that lot, their car WILL be towed.
8. Vandalism of any kind will not be tolerated. If an individual is seen doing intentional vandalism, they will be dismissed from the venue and no refund will be granted.
9. Noise must be maintained at a reasonable level due to the location of the Pavilion.
10. Smoking is allowed in the Pavilion in the designated areas.

Game Specific Rules

Ultra Street Fighter 4 on XBOX 360

Game Settings:Versus Mode, 99 seconds, 2/3 rounds 2/3 Games, Edition Select OFF, No Handicap
All Matches are 2/3 including Winners and Losers Finals, Grand Finals are 3/5
Winner may change Ultra(Only if opponent changes characters), but has to pick ultra first after loser picks character
If Final Match to Decide the outcome of a match ends in a Draw with both players being awarded a win then the match must be replayed

Ultimate Marvel Vs Capcom 3 on XBOX 360

Game Settings: 99 seconds, 3/5 games, Default Handicap, Default Damage
You may not use any glitch that prevents the game from being played. This includes game freezing, game resetting, player freezing, dead body infinites, etc.
Winner must keep exact same team including assists but may switch order of assists via loading screen
Galactus, Eater of Worlds, is banned in tournament play

Injustice Ultimate on XBOX 360

Game Settings:Versus Mode, 2/3 games
Button checks are done with the character you are choosing, after button check, hit rematch to start the tournament match
Initial Stage Select is Double Random
Loser can change characters which results in the stage being double randomed
Loser can keep same character but elect to double random stage for next match

Super Smash Bros. Melee on Gamecube

Game Settings: 4 Stock, 8 Minute Time Limit, No Items, Pause Disabled, 2/3 Games
Starter Stages: Yoshi’s Story, Fountain of Dreams, Final Destination, Battlefield, Dream Land
Counter-pick Stages: Pokemon Stadium
Wobbling is legal, Freezing and Infinite stalling are not legal
First Stage is decided by banning from the Starter Stages in P1-P2-P2-P1 order
Winning player is not locked into the same character for the next match, but has to pick before loser selects character
Following stages decided by winner banning one stage from all starter stages and then loser choosing
Any 3/5 matches such as Grand Finals, there are no stage bans
You may not choose a stage you have already won on unless mutually agreed to.

Draft Teams and how it works
Each player who enters the tournament will be placed into a player pool. Team Captains (determined before the event) will draft players from this player pool, one at a time. The draft order will be determined at the event at random.

There will be 5 captains for the draft. If you are interested in being a captain please let me know. If the player cap exceeds, we will obviously add more captain.

Take exit 8 off of the NJTP to Route 33 West to Hickory Corner Road.

Traveling North on Route 130, after Route 33 split for Hightstown light, turn left at light at Hickory Corner Road.

Traveling South on Route 130, turn right at Ford Dealership onto Hickory Corner Road. Lodge is just past WAWA on the right.
